With no prior background in eLearning development, she became intermediate to advanced in Articulate and advanced in Vyond in less than one quarter. She’s proven time and time again her ability to quickly learn, apply, and develop her skills. Because of this, she can complete high-quality, effective content, using the industry standard software for each element of a project. Not only is she consistently researching, learning, and self-developing… but she is proactive and more than happy to share any knew knowledge with her teammates too.
Rose communicates clearly and concisely, both verbally and in writing. She works well with subject matter experts and stakeholders alike. She’s seen as an expert in her field – a skilled consultant, able to develop and present project plans and can complete projects with little direction provided.
