The pandemic has led to significant changes in how the workforce operates, with remote and hybrid work becoming more prominent. As a result of these changes, there is a clear need for a shift in leadership styles. To address this, I undertook a comprehensive project that involved creating five engaging videos and three informative PDF job aids. The goal was to assist leaders in adjusting their approaches to associate engagement, coaching, and wellness.

In this project, I managed the development of a unified color palette and branding strategy for the video series. I designed unique icons tailored for use in both the video content and the accompanying job aids.

I produced animated videos reminiscent of short-form content found on social media. In addition to creating the videos, I also edited and refined all voice-over recordings, and lent my own voice to narrate one of the five videos in the series. The content was hosted on an internal SharePoint page, providing leaders with access to these resources.
