The design workshop emerged as a passion project aimed at educating stakeholders on effective collaboration with our design team. Additionally, it sought to democratize design knowledge by offering design tips and terminology for non-designers to enhance their work, while empowering colleagues to make informed design decisions.

Participants attended a live webinar and received a copy of the PowerPoint presentation along with an interactive workbook. The workshop content was also hosted on an internal SharePoint page. As a follow-up, our team held open office hours for colleagues, stakeholders, and instructional designers to attend, where they could ask questions, receive feedback on their work, and obtain guidance on making good design decisions.

We cultivated a safe and supportive environment where individuals could explore their creative instincts, experiment with new techniques, and refine their design skills. Through interactive sessions, personalized feedback, and real-world case studies, participants gained invaluable insights and practical knowledge that they could apply to their own projects.

Through engagement with the design workshop, stakeholders and colleagues gained a deeper understanding of our team's processes, fostering effective collaboration and providing them with valuable design knowledge to enhance their own projects. This workshop embodies the commitment to education, collaboration, and empowerment in the realm of design.
